At Fi Europe 2022, Sweegen showcased its Taste Modulation Flavors, Signature Sweetener Systems, Taste Blazer Full Solutions, and new liquid stevia, Bestevia® LQ, through three days of unique immersive sweet and savory experiences. Show attendees tasted the menu featuring Sweegen’s sugar reduction technology in everyday foods, tailored to the European market, created in collaboration with Sweegen’s Culinary Ambassador, Chef Kaimana Chee. The food and beverage demos reduced the sugars commonly found in simple foods such as sauces, syrups, and drinks. They were designed to inspire brands to improve the wellness profile of products, add active ingredients to make wellness claims, or create entirely new product formats without compromising taste.
